Job Title: Senior Analyst, Decision Science

The role involves end-to-end data analysis of digital and omni experiences. You will be responsible for creating dashboards and partnering with technology partners to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pulling data, curating analysis, and presenting findings
  • Providing an objective source of truth for customer performance in stores
  • Partnering with stakeholders to set goals and expectations for new features
  • Interpreting dashboards with technology partners and product owners
  • Summarizing feature outcomes and recommending strategies
  • Building and maintaining Power BI store and customer reporting
  • Participating in workshops to brainstorm new ideas for features or site enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
  • 6-9 years of experience in digital/eCommerce, analytics, or related fields
  • Expertise in web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics - preferred; Google Analytics)
  • Expertise in Power BI and SQL
  • Experience with omni experiences and customer analysis within the retail space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of tag management is a plus
