3. Support teams across departments in adopting sustainable practices in daily operations, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and reducing the company's environmental impact.
4. Collect, analyze, and report data on energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and carbon emissions to inform strategic decision-making, engaging with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
5. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on sustainability practices and standards to ensure employee awareness and engagement, preparing detailed reports on sustainability progress and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical skills for data collection, interpretation, and reporting, with a basic understanding of sustainability principles and environmental management practices.
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, with a passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to fostering responsible practices.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a detail-oriented approach and good organizational and time-management skills, familiarity with environmental audits, lifecycle assessments (LCA), and carbon footprint analysis being desirable.
4. Prior experience in supporting sustainability initiatives or related projects being desirable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis tools.
