Security Operations Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, emergency preparedness, and loss prevention.

The Security Operations Coordinator will assist the Director of Engineering in administering fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness. They will also conduct hazard and risk assessments at the property, including quarterly OSHA/SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and the hazard abatement process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and duress alarms to ensure they are fully functional. They will also incorporate an inspection tour of recording systems into their patrol routes.

In addition, the Security Operations Coordinator will oversee all loss prevention operations, including but not limited to, patrol process, emergency response, investigations, shipping and receiving process, electronic key system, and manager on duties responsibilities.

They will also oversee and guide the efforts of the Accident Prevention Committee and oversee first aid programs for guests and employees.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in security operations, emergency preparedness, or a related field.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in a related field; 1 year of experience in security operations, emergency preparedness, or a related field.
