Business Strategy and AI Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to fill a pivotal role in our organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.

Job Description:

  1. Ai Opportunity Identification:
  • Discover and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business goals through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI teams.
  1. Requirements Gathering & Translation:
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication between business units and technical teams.
  1. Ai Governance & Ethics:
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3-6 years experience in business analysis, including 1-2 years in AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
