Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves coordinating sales order planning, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product availability across Joint Ventures (JVs) and Distributor markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels as per defined metrics for JV and distributor markets.
  • Develop and execute 90/180 days advance sales order planning for JVs/distributors, coordinating all related supply activities.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of goods.
  • Prepare, update, and circulate weekly inventory reports to relevant teams.
  • Analyze non-moving stock and recommend corrective actions based on established norms.
  • Identify and address demand-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate customer action plans with the supply planning team to ensure alignment.
  • Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare accurate forecast data.
  • Develop and evaluate statistical forecast models, assessing forecast accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
