Job Title: GCP Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Data Engineer to join our team. As a GCP Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines and architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Dataproc.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing systems using Python, Java, or other programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data warehouses and lakes.
  • Ensure high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and developing data pipelines and architectures on GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Dataproc, and Cloud Functions.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
