About the Role

As a seasoned professional in Salesforce development and administration, you will lead the design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform, leveraging your expertise in Apex, Lightning components, VisualForce, and integrations with other software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, and testing.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between technology and feasibility, ensuring alignment with project constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and serve as the primary escalation point for technical inquiries.
  • Participate in daily business activities, including bug fixes, feature analysis, and data analysis.
  • Oversee Release and Environment Management, encompassing sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons, and version control.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.
  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce development/administration.
  • One or more current Salesforce advanced certifications (Platform Developer 2, Architect certification(s), Sales/Service/marketing Cloud).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications, including VisualForce and Apex, Lightning, Partner Portals, and Lightning Communities.
  • Prior experience setting up and managing Salesforce code management and CI/CD processes with relevant tools like Jenkins.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to present work to clients and articulate developed SFDC features and propose solutions.

Preferred qualifications include: Experience with Object-Oriented programming, work as an architect/developer in multiple Salesforce projects, and experience with major systems integrators or enterprise software companies.
