About This Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ASIC Engineering team in designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASIC front-end leadership, with expertise in architecture, RTL coding, synthesis, CDC, timing, power analysis, system/IP verification, and silicon bring-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex IPs, sub-systems, chiplets for SOCs in multiple domains.
  • Develop and implement effective project timelines and resource management strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and influence technical strategy within the organization.
  • Ensure high-quality products through thorough testing and validation processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of cross-domain experience in ASIC front-end leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ASIC verification methodologies, DFT, physical design, and board design.
  • Experience with Intel IOT (Elkhart Lake), Edge (Reefbay), dVPU/NPU (Arrow LakeR), GPU (DMR-D), Media (MTL-D), Smart NIC (Altera NIC), Palm Ridge, Mount Morgan IPU SoCs.
  • Strong knowledge of RTL implementation, synthesis, static timing analysis, power analysis, system/IP level verification, FPGA emulation, and Si bring-up.
