As a seasoned Salesforce professional, you will take on the challenging role of developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Mandatory Skills
  • A minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development is required.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Unit Testing is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning Framework is expected.
  • Solid understanding of Sales Cloud functionality and workflows is essential.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Configuration - Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, etc. is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, Tooling API is required.
  • Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods is expected.
  • Data migration experience using Data Loader or other ETL tools is necessary.

Some preferred skills include:

  • Experience with Einstein for Sales.
  • A good understanding of Salesforce data models and multi-tenant architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and data security.

The ideal candidate should possess strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as experience working directly with US clients.

Educational Qualifications and Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is highly valued.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) or II (PD2) certification is desirable.
