Program Manager Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities- Represent Amra in parenting groups, community forums, early childhood events, and professional platforms.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local organisations and experts to enhance visibility and foster collaborative growth.
- Support Amra's storytelling and outreach efforts in collaboration with the communications team by sharing authentic stories and reflections from the ground.
- Ensure seamless daily functioning of all programmes by coordinating with educators and preparing the environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including schedules, staffing, materials, and transitions.
- Maintain high standards of quality through regular observation, feedback, and continuous problem-solving.
- Act as a bridge between the leadership team, educators, and support staff to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support the planning process, team meetings, and documentation cycles to promote reflective practice and consistency.
- Be the primary point of contact for families, helping them navigate their journey with Amra.
- Lead family events, parent orientations, and Open Houses with warmth and clarity.
- Build trusting relationships with parents through ongoing communication and active listening.
- Contribute to enrolment initiatives, workshops, and public-facing events that expand Amra's presence and impact.
- Gather and share insights from within the school and from outreach efforts to inform leadership decisions and future planning.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and coordination skills
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
- Background in early childhood care or education preferred
- Deep understanding of child development and early years practices
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
