Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our team at Selsoftinc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CPQ implementation and administration, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline the quote-to-cash process.
  • Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce CPQ features, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot CPQ processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ best practices, features, and updates to enhance the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce CPQ certification.
  • Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
