As a Learning Experience Leader, you will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, designing and expanding training and development programs that align with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include delivering end-user, partner, and distributor training, which includes curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
You will also need to deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical, covering the basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs, and monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory training requirements are met and researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, presenting this research to stakeholders.
