**Job Title:** Technical Lead - Java

**Employment Type:** Full-Time (Permanent)

**Location:** Noida

**Education:** BE/B. Tech in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT), or MCA

**Experience:** 6-9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop high-quality software systems using Java technologies and industry best practices.

• Analyze software requirements to assess feasibility within time and cost constraints, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with architects to research, prototyping, and proof of concepts (POC) of new tools and technology, driving innovation and improvement.

• Develop technical design documentation for software changes and development, ensuring clarity and consistency.

• Design and document unit and integration testing approaches, including test scripts, to ensure robustness and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.

• Contribute to project estimates, scheduling, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

• Conduct code reviews for system modifications and development, promoting best practices and coding standards.

• Mentor younger engineers in the organization, fostering growth and development.

Technical Skills:

• Java/J2EE, Spring, and Springboot: Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, high-availability microservices using Java frameworks.

• API Integration: Experience in creating and integrating third-party APIs, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

• Microservices: Strong experience in designing and developing scalable microservices, promoting modularity and flexibility.

• Reactive Systems: Hands-on experience in reactive system design, ensuring efficient and responsive architecture.

• Design Patterns: Proficiency in applying design patterns and containerized applications, promoting maintainability and scalability.

• Distributed Systems: Experience building scalable and highly available distributed systems, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Core Java: In-depth experience with Core Java, ensuring strong foundation and expertise.

• Microservices and Spring Framework: Proficiency in object-oriented analysis, design, and Spring/Springboot frameworks, promoting modularity and scalability.

• REST APIs and JS Frameworks (ReactJS): Experience working with REST APIs and JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

• Tools: Familiarity with software engineering tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and VisualVM/AppDynamics, ensuring efficient development and deployment.

• Soft Skills:

• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.

• Strong learning attitude, including a desire to upskill and reskill as needed, promoting continuous growth and development.
