**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Liaison Manager to join our team at Isprava. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring land by navigating government regulations, building relationships with local authorities, and facilitating communication to secure necessary land permissions and approvals for project development.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in real estate liaison management and a strong understanding of government regulations and legal frameworks. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aquire land by navigating government regulations
  • Build relationships with local authorities
  • Facilitate communication to secure necessary land permissions and approvals
  • Manage the land acquisition process according to legal frameworks
  • Build and maintain relationships with government officials at various levels
  • Manage land acquisition targets, lead generation targets, and other KPIs for the development business in Goa
  • Work as an integral part of the Mumbai land team to effectively implement a strategy for increasing leads
  • Strategic thinking and on-ground insights into competition

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate liaison management
  • Strong understanding of government regulations and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with local authorities
