About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team and contribute to the development of automotive HMI systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C++ development, a strong background in design patterns, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Key qualifications include 4+ years of experience in C++, proficiency in design patterns, and a strong background in automotive HMI development.

Responsibilities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of product architecture and staying updated with the latest developments.
  • Owning bug fixing and feature implementation using C++.
  • Reviewing designs and code developed by the team to ensure compliance with project coding standards.
  • Ensuring technical deliveries meet quality and timeliness KPIs.
  • Developing unit tests using frameworks like GMock and GTest.
  • Fostering a mindset of continuous improvement within the team and delivering value-added contributions.
  • Guiding teams in debugging critical issues and creating root cause analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong background in design patterns.
  • Desirable experience in the navigation domain.
  • Thought leadership in the domain with a focus on staying updated with the latest developments.
  • Experience providing technical leadership to mid-size teams.
  • Familiarity with unit test frameworks like GMock/GTest.
  • Proficiency in using CI/CD tools such as GIT, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate problem statements and drive technical discussions.
