About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Central Projects team at PayU. As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating key tasks for the COO's office, with access to high-level decision-making and strategic conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate critical tasks for the COO's office, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive collaboration with engineering, production, product, operations, and sales teams on product developments, QA, and releases.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure discussion documents meet expectations and discussions are productive.
  • Attend key meetings with the COO and follow through on next steps, ensuring accountability.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Synthesize key business metrics to facilitate discussion at leadership meetings.
    • Create first-principle inputs-driven dashboards to measure underlying drivers of business performance.
    • Monitor market trends and data, highlighting significant developments for the company.
Requirements
  • Total 10+ years of experience, with at least 6+ years working as a project manager or program manager in Fintech, Bank, or related industries.
  • Experience in Management Consulting, Fintech, BFSI, or Technology Businesses.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management elements, life cycles, tools, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
