Assistant Manager Finance Role

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to oversee the Fixed Assets register of our company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fixed assets insurance, including renewal, addition/deletion and claims.
  • They will also create/dispose of assets in Oracle Fusion, ensuring GST invoices are issued accordingly.
  • Ensuring assets are properly tagged and recorded in the system is another key responsibility.
  • The Assistant Manager will manage yearly fixed assets verification and coordinate with branches and vendors.
  • They will also create MIS for management related to Fixed Assets.
  • Coordination with various user departments for issue closures is also a critical task.

Key Qualifications:

  • An MBA or M.com degree with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role is required.
  • A good understanding of accounting entries and principles is essential.
  • A strong grasp of fixed assets accounting is also necessary.
  • Familiarity with TDS and GST regulations is a must.
  • Good knowledge of MIS reporting, trackers etc. is also desired.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel is required.
  • Experience working in an Oracle Fusion environment is preferred.
