The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to optimize performance and ensure fast load times and seamless functionality.

Responsibilities include debugging and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner, ensuring websites meet industry standards, including accessibility and SEO. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.

To excel in this role, you will stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web development, human resources, and technology. Requirements:

  • Proven website development skills with a strong portfolio of past projects.
  • Proficiency in development languages HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js, PHP, and databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience with CMS platforms WordPress and Drupal.
  • BASIC understanding of UI/UX principles and graphic design tools, e.g. Figma and Adobe XD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in web development or relevant frameworks.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce development and payment gateway integration.
  • Experience working in publishing or content-heavy websites.
