This role involves performing detailed financial analysis; developing comprehensive financial models and valuation analysis in support of potential transactions. You will also work with business units to assess and prioritize transactions to best align with business strategy and growth plans.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in finance/accounting and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good writing/editing/interpersonal/organizational skills are essential, as well as communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data-driven insights to senior business leaders.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree is preferred, along with Chartered Accountants with prior experience in diligence processes. MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory. 2+ years of working in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital investing is preferred.
