We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic design team at Worc Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Job Description:

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying complete products using state-of-the-art DRAM memory technologies. Your primary focus will be on driving the verification effort to ensure timely delivery of functionally correct designs.

Responsibilities
  • FastSpice (Primesim/Finesim/spectre) based verification responsibilities
  • Guiding and setting direction for the verification effort within your areas of expertise in any project that the team undertakes
  • Circuit understanding and block-level circuit simulation analysis capability
  • Providing verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs
  • Developing test cases/stimuli to increase functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features
  • Participating in developing verification methodologies and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products
  • BASIC DFT and circuit understanding
  • Collaborating with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to tackle challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design
  • Developing and maintaining test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and running regressions for coverage analysis and improvements
Requirements
  • Circuit simulation experience
  • Analysis of circuits and timing concepts
  • DFT knowledge
  • High-level understanding of UVM
  • DFT features - both custom DFT and standard like scan chains
  • Exposure to IEEE1500/JTAG FastSpice verification
  • Critical timing, data path timing analysis
  • Simulation-based reliability analysis (BTI, HC)
