System Billing Expert Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to manage the configuration, testing, and maintenance of our billing system.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the setup, quality assurance, and upkeep of the billing system.
    • Assist in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation.
    • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions.
    • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes.
    • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Requirements:
    • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar billing system.
    • Knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health).
    • Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.
    • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting.
    • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
