Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Teamlease Digital Private Limited. This is a key role that requires strong sourcing techniques, market research, and database management skills to identify and attract top talent for our current and future hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, pipeline development, and market analysis, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify top talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) with accurate information.
  • Screening & Outreach: Conduct initial outreach, engage with potential candidates, and assess their interest and qualifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality talent through networking and engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
