**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Professional to lead the execution of our interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential interior design, a strong understanding of industry standards, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client vision, requirements, and preferences for interior design projects.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, Mood boards and floor plans that align with client expectations and project goals.
  • Create 3D designs & renders followed by detailed working drawings.
  • Showcase impeccable taste in interiors by selecting appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of competence in digital design tools.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Interior Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Proven professional experience of 4 to 8 years in interior design, preferably in a design-build or architectural firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A strong eye for detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
