Job Opportunity: AI Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cutting-edge AI projects. As an AI leader, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction and delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions leveraging advanced algorithms and libraries.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver advanced AI features.
  • Drive analysis of large multi-modal datasets to identify key insights and features that inform downstream AI model development.
  • Architect and implement integrated AI solutions combining fine-tuned LLMs, machine learning models, and custom algorithms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of emerging trends in AI research and integrating them into our products and services.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical challenges, solutions, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in MLOps, model governance, data quality, and responsible AI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ethical deployment of our solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for data science initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

  • 18+ years progressive experience in machine learning and data science, with strong knowledge of algorithms and their practical application.
  • Proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models into production environments at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured data, focusing on multi-modal datasets.
  • Deep expertise with deep learning models for computer vision or natural language processing, ideally with experience combining both.
  • Proficiency with Python, including experience with MLOps frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Git and collaboration principles, with experience in leading code reviews and promoting robust development practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to tackle ambiguous and complex challenges.
