About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employability Skills Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for training young Indians from low-income households in core employability skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude.

The program is designed to ensure a significant skill shift among trainees, making them more employable in the job market. As an Employability Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering communities through improved education outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering integrated modules on Core Employability Skills, including English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness.
  • Training Plan: You will publish and follow the Training plan/calendar of the center, ensuring that all trainees receive the necessary support and guidance throughout the program.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: You will support in conducting assessments of the aspirants, evaluating their progress and providing feedback to improve their skills.
  • Post-Placement Counselling: You will provide post-placement counselling to aspirants, helping them transition smoothly into the workforce.
  • Industry Partnerships: You will network with guest lecturers/industry professionals to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module, enhancing the learning experience for trainees.
  • Handholding: You will handhold aspirants at the workplace after placement, providing ongoing support to ensure their success in their new roles.
