Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of next-generation forecasting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial pharma analytics and consulting, with expertise in AI/ML applications. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement Gen AI-powered forecasting use cases that improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation in forecasting processes.

This role involves applying AI tools to enhance forecasting processes, combining pharmaceutical domain knowledge with data science techniques to deliver actionable insights. The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating and analyzing primary research, secondary data, and third-party sources to support competitive intelligence, lifecycle management, and launch strategy activities.

To succeed in this position, the candidate should have hands-on experience with forecasting models, data analysis, and reporting tools, as well as a strong understanding of pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, DRG, RWE, EMR/EHR) and how to integrate them into AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. Additionally, they should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in commercial pharma analytics or consulting, with hands-on AI/ML application experience.

As part of our team, you will stay updated on emerging Gen AI tools, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
