Motion Graphic Designer

Our team is seeking a talented and versatile motion graphic designer to create high-quality engaging visuals for various media. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts and storyboards to outline the animation sequence.\
  • Animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D using industry-standard software.\
  • Select and animate text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.\
  • Synch animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create a cohesive final product.\
  • Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.\
  • Evaluate that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines including color palettes, typography, and visual style.\
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.\
  • Prepare and export animations in various formats optimized for different platforms.\
  • End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.\
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.\
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.\
  • Proficiency in animation principles: timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.\
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.\
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.\
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.\
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: The field is constantly evolving, so staying current is crucial.\
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.\
