Your Role
As a Senior Vendor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-impact strategic vendor relationships from sourcing to onboarding, contracting, spend management, and vendor governance. You will be accountable for ensuring all up-vendor governance and tracking 300 vendor risks quarterly.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage vendor performance by monitoring key SLAs and KPIs
• Drive vendor governance as part of monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews
• Support the HCM Vendor Risk Management and Governance program to monitor ongoing risks and help drive remediation of open risks
• Drive governance on sourcing and vendor onboarding on tools like KY3P and Ariba
• Drive vendor spend analysis and MIS reporting
• Support contracts change management, renewals, and negotiations in collaboration with Sourcing and Legal
• Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills while interacting with other areas of the firm and professionals across the globe

Skills and Qualifications
• 5-8 years of experience in vendor management and governance
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and interact effectively with internal clients, global colleagues, and senior management
• Analytical and data-driven, leveraging data available to drive process enhancements
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with exceptional time management
• Ability to present data, reporting, and dashboards leveraging tools
