Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, following up with customers on abandoned carts to maximize conversions, and offering product information and guidance through the usage of Protouch products.

  • Customer Service skills
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
  • Proficiency with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus
