Main Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT enterprise information systems housed in highly automated and secure centralized data centers, large computer rooms, corporate facilities, and other locations.
  • ENSURE a stable operating environment and maximum use of system facilities.
  • DEVELOP effective relationships with business stakeholders and various end users.
  • DELIVER IT services identified, developed, and supported to satisfy the stakeholders.
Requirements
  • FULL proficiency in technical processes or procedures through training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • COURSES completed through varied atypical assignments.
  • ABILITY to work within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience required.
  • UNDERSTANDING of the IT infrastructure and its relationship to the operation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred.
Main Skills
  • Expert level skills in server administration, networking, Linux administration, Windows Server administration, SQL Server administration.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and server architecture and networking.
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, analytical, and process management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
