Generative AI Solution Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Solution Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative Generative AI solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ideation and design of Generative AI solutions, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
