Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Relevant pharmacy retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of commercial drugs, including their uses, side effects, and interactions.
