Your Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with peers and leadership team members to drive project success. Your strong technical background and exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct product backlog grooming and break down complex product requirements for multiple development teams
- Leverage domain expertise to create and prioritize epics and user stories for product development
- Plan and perform functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing
- Track product functionality and performance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and market needs
- Partner with Scrum Masters to identify continuous improvement opportunities within processes and implement strategies to drive improvements

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a member of a software development or product development team
- 5+ years of program, project, and/or process management experience
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple projects
