Job Title: Brand Awareness Manager

Job Summary

The Brand Awareness Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing social media and brand strategies to enhance the organization's online presence and drive brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  2. Create and manage the content calendar, including writing and editing compelling copy for social media posts
  3. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media
  4. Manage and grow the organization's online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  6. Measure the success of social media campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed
  7. Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and technologies
  8. Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance
  9. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products or services
  10. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels
  11. Work with external partners, agencies, and influencers to expand the brand's reach
  12. Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates
  13. Create and manage the social media content calendar
  14. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms
  15. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role
  3. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful social media and marketing campaigns
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
  5. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  6. Experience with social media management tools, analytics, and insights
  7. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
  8. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  10. Strong project management and organizational skills
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  12. Understanding of advertising strategies and familiarity with online advertising platforms
  13. Experience in content creation, graphic design, or video production is a plus
  14. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  15. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
