AI Researcher and Developer

We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer with expertise in AI research to collaborate on cutting-edge projects.

This role involves developing and optimizing AI models using clean, efficient code, as well as evaluating their performance through benchmarking and response ranking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, knowledge of Node.js or NestJS, and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices, as well as excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize AI models with clean, efficient code
  • Evaluate performance through benchmarking and response ranking

  • Innovate with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and modern frontend frameworks
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices
  • Solid understanding of Docker
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
