Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
  • Drive campaign planning, budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting for leadership-level decisions.
  • Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
