System Architect

Infrastructure Management:

We are seeking a skilled System Architect to manage and maintain our in-house servers (Linux/Windows-based). The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Certificate and Domain Renewal:

The ideal candidate will have experience renewing and managing SSL certificates for web assets. Additionally, they will ensure domain registrations are up-to-date and DNS records are properly configured.

Network Setup and Support:

Maintenance and troubleshooting of office Wi-Fi and LAN setup is a key responsibility. The selected candidate will coordinate with vendors and ISPs in case of connectivity issues.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other office equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.

IT Asset Tracking:

Maintain accurate logs of IT assets, renewal dates, and service reports. Keep documentation updated for audits and compliance purposes.
