We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Architect.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in villa design and gated community planning, with strong skills in 3D design (SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape) and physical model-making. They will be responsible for concept to execution work, site coordination, and collaboration with consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs for luxury residential projects
  • Create detailed models and visualizations using SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • B.Arch degree with 3–5 years' experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
  • Experience in luxury residential projects
  • Strong design detailing and execution capability
