Job Overview:

  • This role supports the delivery of management consulting projects to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategy, implementation, process design and change management for specific modules.
  • Support sales efforts to identify and win potential opportunities.
  • Provide expertise in various sub-segments of the industry.
  • Develop assets and methodologies for use by the team and community.
  • Acquire skills with utility across industry groups.
  • Co-lead proposals and coordinate with colleagues to create consensus-driven deliverables.
  • Execute transformational change plans aligned with client's business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Industry expertise with a global top pharmaceutical, medical devices or biotechnology firm.
  • Familiarity with business consulting tools such as issue trees, implementation frameworks and diagnosis tools.
  • Good functional and domain knowledge with relevant experience.
  • Ability to make presentations to known audiences or clients.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
  • Strong writing and program management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.

Professional Skills:

- Relevant experience in the required domain.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Management consulting and general business consulting experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with R&D business consulting tools such as issue trees and implementation frameworks.
  • Preferably worked with R&D functions such as Laboratory functions, clinical operations and development.
  • Working knowledge of clinical data management platforms.
