Job Summary:

As an Electrical Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading electrical design projects from conceptualization to completion. Your primary focus will be on designing product solutions based on customer requirements for DC SMPS-based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality electrical design products.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Analyze technical specifications and engineering standards to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the quality management system and meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design project management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
