Generative AI Developer - Design and Implement

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions using the latest technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI architectures, including RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI. You will also have hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem, specifically Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using Azure Blob Storage and related services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals.
