CVD Reactor Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our team in the Siemens CVD Area, Polysilicon Plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and evaluate multiple Siemens CVD reactors to ensure high productivity and minimal downtime.
• Support plant manager in strategic planning exercises and strive to reduce operating costs and improve productivity across multiple CVD reactors.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety and integrity.
• Ensure flawless execution of critical activities such as filament fixing and harvesting of rods, considering all associated risks that could lead to process interruptions or hazards.
• Coordinate Process Safety Management initiatives at the plants, MSDS, P ID updating, MOC tracking, and up-to-date documentation.
• Prepare and review Management Information Systems reports, variance reports, and management review presentations.
• Material coordination and purchase of chemicals, catalysts, and consumables.
• Lead shutdown planning, provide guidelines to eliminate quality deviations, and contribute to equipment failure studies.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical ability, planning, decision-making skills, and excellent communication skill.
• Leadership qualities, time management skills, and a collaborative approach.
