Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contour and Gear Form Tester to join our team at Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct contour and gear form testing to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Analyze MSA results and initiate corrective actions
  • Prepare and track master lists for calibration of gauges and instruments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of GD&T and standards for tolerance
  • Improve efficiency and accuracy through the use of multigauge and auto gauge

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of contour and gear form testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
