What You'll Do

  • Support the development of products and services with advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform business decisions.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations.
