Key Responsibilities
- Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Test Strategy & Frameworks: Maintain and enhance our test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration & Agile Testing: Work closely with developers, product teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure test coverage and quality throughout the SDLC.
- Defect Identification & Debugging: Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable feedback for resolution.
- Performance & Security Testing: Contribute to performance, scalability, and security testing initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest test automation tools and industry best practices to improve software testing processes.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong programming skills in C#, experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress), hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks, familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and security testing fundamentals.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing, experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber or SpecFlow, knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
