About the Role:

Sopra Steria is seeking a highly skilled Pega Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Pega practice, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Pega applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide input on proposal development for Pega projects.
  2. Design and implement proposals for application performance improvement.
  3. Estimate large-scale program development.
  4. Design and develop Pega applications.
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
  6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
  7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Pega developers and Tech Leads.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.
  9. Continuously explore new Pega features, tools, and technologies to enhance solution delivery.
  10. Lead Pega upgrade programs.
  11. Lead configurations and deployments.
  12. Contribute to internal capability-building.
