Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  • Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and debug technical issues, design solutions, and provide detailed solution designs.
  • Experience with impact analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Knowledge of production support and ability to hand over to production support.
