Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive organizational success by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance roles within manufacturing companies and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections, and provide guidance to employees to mitigate potential risks.
  • Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely payments, adhering to all payroll regulations and employee taxation laws.
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage the employee onboarding process, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices, supporting performance appraisal processes, and assisting managers with performance improvement plans.
  • Liaison and Conflict Resolution: Liaise between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
  • HR Database Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, prepare reports, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Master of Labor Welfare (MLW) degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in compliance roles within manufacturing companies.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of factory compliances, labor laws, payroll management, and employee taxation. Professional certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
