Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Artificial Intelligence professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models, working with large language models, optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models for real-world applications.
  • Work on large language models, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Optimize ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in MLOps and model monitoring.
  • Exposure to vector databases and AI-driven search systems.
