We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of our AI/ML applications, driving our growth and success. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and end-users to define application requirements, user experiences, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Gen AI applications using cloud technologies, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to define project requirements, user experiences, and technical specifications.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Gen AI, cloud technologies, and software engineering trends, applying this knowledge to improve our applications.
  • Ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and operation of applications in cloud environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting code quality standards.
  • Lead performance optimization efforts and address technical challenges to ensure the reliability and scalability of Gen AI applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with proven track record of architecting and developing software applications, preferably chatbots, information retrieval, enterprise search applications.
  • Experience with extracting and organizing information from unstructured documents like PDF, Word, text files, and structured datasets.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
  • Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering is desired with 6-12 months of hands-on experience.
  • Experience with deployment of Gen AI applications on cloud using CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
